Dave and Walter are both upfront, honest, and a pleasure to work with!

They sell lemons right off their "lot". They will tell you that they will fix major problems you point out before buying and then do absolutely nothing to fix the problem and claim that they did. Then when you notice the MAJOR problem wasn't fixed after buying they will try to tell you they will fix the problem for thousands of extra dollars.

They promised me that they would replace my cover gaskets if I bought the truck. They not only did not replace them but put some kind of putty all over them in order to trick me into thinking they did. And when I found out and called them out they said they could fix them but for over $1k extra. The absolute worst kind of car salesmen. Absolute snakes. If you've seen Danny DeVito in the movie "Matilda" you know exactly what kind of people work there. A small claims lawyers wet dream.

I refused to give them another dime... And I suggest you do as well.

Dave was more than helpful.
They are not pushy and will work to put you in the car you want and fits your budget.
Walter was patient and very helpful as well.
All involved were very knowledgeable and put you at ease throughout the whole process.
I would not hesitate to have my first time buyer children go there.
Due to an oversight they were not aware that the vehicle they had sold me did not pass emissions test. They stated we can go get the emissions test and it should pass. To the contrary they are willing to work with us to ensure it passes.
Overall I am very pleased with the entire process.
If you are on the fence, don’t be.
Consider this your sign to pay them a visit.

Whoever the man is that sits to the left as soon as you open the door, EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE. I bought a buick from them one month ago and got it under warranty. They fixed the struts and everything was fine until something is going on with the power steering, i made an appointment with their shop. Today Feb 6,2025 I walked in( I AM ALWAYS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY TO THESE PEOPLE AND IM AN UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER)and was greeted with “so whats the issue” I explain my problems and im met with a very condescending “We can work up a quote but that isnt under warranty”, by desk man(popping his “nopes” and tucking his lips as well when i was asking for clarification) I called my mother bc im a young 22 yr old girl to tell her this, she tells me to ask for the warranty packet and I do. again, condescendingly desk man asks me what warranty do I have and I inform him I dont know its just the packet i was given when I bought the car. He ,with visible attitude and contention toward me and my presence past him telling me i could be quoted, looks up my sale and prints one out as im on the phone expressing how i didnt understand why i was being treated this way. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what but theres a certain way to treat customers, especially ones that had full intention on coming to them for my auto needs. I really appreciate Ashlie that sold me the car, and the men in the shop ive met, they were all very nice to me. BUT DESK MAN needs a refresher on customer service and maybe common decency toward young girls who are just trying to get their car they just bought from him a month ago fixed. If you want a nice salesperson, make sure you ask for ashlie or LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. MAYBE JUST FIND A NEW PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR EVEN.
