Exterior color: White Interior color: Grey Fuel type: Gasoline 30 Foot Class "A" Motorhome, Farmhouse style interior update, Bunkhouse with double bunk beds, perfect for a larger family! Motor: Gasoline, Ford, V-10 Mileage: 36k Newly updated interior with white painted cabinets, new countertops, waterproof and scratch resistant vinyl plank flooring, renovated bathroom including new tub/shower combo, sink and vanity. New pullout sleeper couch (full size) and carpeting up front by driver and passenger seats. Reconfigured dinning area with built in storage in bench seats. Too many interior updates to list! The interior looks great and modern but the exterior needs fiberglass repairs or (or a wrap). Runs Great! Appliances: A/C units Furnace Stove Microwave Hot water heater It is winterized currently, there are no water leaks. Things that could use some work: - Leveling jacks... I have not used them since we have owned it. - Steps going into Camper... I have the originals but it seized up and I took it off. We also have a replacement (manual) one but have not installed. - Awning has some tears but previous owner taped it and still useable. - Needs a backup camera and radio - I would have suspension looked at too, drives great but feels like it has a lean on passenger side.
