THE ISSUE: The internal screen is very dark—it's barely visible. This is a common issue, likely related to the backlight fuse/chip or the display flex cable. • The computer boots up and functions perfectly when connected to an external monitor (via the Thunderbolt/Mini DisplayPort). • The keyboard backlight and the Apple logo light still work.
