They have TPMS (condition unknown), some has scuffs, some are sanded down ready for paint or powder coat. This Factory 18 inch wheels is best for off-roading for smallest wheel size for maximum sidewall with reliable factory strength and offset. Many aftermarket wheels have too much offset causing lots of rubbing when turning and requires a lot of trimming and forces the tire further out slinging rocks and dirt on the mirror, fender and side panels.
