Corinne & Gwynn’s Bedroom Set dollhouse in like new condition. Played with 2 times. All parts included and all electronics and lights work. This dollhouse folds up for storage. It is great for smaller bedrooms. Dimensions open - H 32.8”, X W 47”, X D20.5. Included are : a clip light, ladder, bunk bed mattresses, 2 pillows, comforter, a teal blanket, a decorative pillow, a rug, a small plant, 2 candles, a fur chair, soap, lotion, a tree trunk table, journal, ski brochure, ski rack, a steamer with pretend foods, chopsticks, 2 Boba teas, tray for food. *Everything listed in the American Girl website. The stickers have been carefully put on but it comes with an extra candle. More detail on the AM website. You can see how it folds up. The roof also comes off to use as a ski slope or for sledding. *I paid full price plus the extra shipping charge and tax that they add on, over $400. I am asking $90, pick up only. This dollhouse is clean. It has been kept in my daughters room , who has a dust allergy. We clean the room regularly and it has been covered. All pieces in a ziplock bag.
