In fantastic condition. A couple scratches here and there as you would expect from using this to carry bikes. Otherwise great! Carries 4 bikes. I was carrying my 4 of my families full size adult mountain bikes. It is SUPER SOLID when installed correctly. Customer service at Saris is great too. American designed, American made, American Lifetime guarantee. Just great! My kids have moved out, so I don’t need a 4 bike carrier any more, downsizing to a 2 bike carrier, and yes, I had to get a Saris again, it’s just that good. This rack sells for $650 new. So you’re getting a GREAT DEAL!
