Open box (re-packaged) but never completely assembled previously, and therefore never used due to the following: There is a small scratch on the bottom panel. There is also a mark and a corresponding slight indent on the top of one of the side frame pieces which looks like it may have perhaps been damaged at some point during or after fabrication, and then somehow overlooked prior to packaging/shipment since the slight indent and associated mark was already present and immediately observed upon removal of the shrink wrap off of this side frame piece. On the same side frame piece (which has the slight indent and mark along the top), there is also an issue with regard to affecting either or both: a) the overall height of the side frame piece and/or  b) the location of at least the bottom 2 mounting holes for the attachment of the side lucite panel as well as the location of the 2 pre-drilled holes in this side frame piece through which 2 large hex bolts are placed, which mates with (and screws into) the holes found along the side edge of the bottom panel. When trying to tighten the 2 bolts, I had to stop as I did not want to continue tightening the bolts further since the 2 lower small mounting screws for the lucite panel as well as the bottom edge of the side lucite panel was apparently a bit lower than it should be (in comparison to the other lucite panel that is mounted on the other side frame piece which does not have any issue), and was therefore preventing me from being able to fully tighten the side frame piece to the bottom panel due to the 2 lower part of the side lucite panel mounting screw heads as well as the bottom edge of the lucite panel extending a bit too far down, thereby preventing the inside metal edge of the side frame from mating squarely properly with the side edge of the bottom of the lucite panel. Either minor sanding the bottom edge of the side lucite panel a bit, and/or slightly enlarging the 2 mounting holes on the side frame piece would resolve this issue. The minor assembly modifications described above is why this item is listed for less than 1/4 the price that I had paid for it.
