The card has the full $75. it used as a credit card, they say. I have had this card for so long bc I dont like the energy over at bellevue square so i never really went in to spend it. I called them and the funds can be transfered to a new card and is useable. im asking $65 for a value of $75 this isnt a scam or anything. i really just do not like going to bellevue square. For serious buyers, i do not mind calling them when you come pick up the card to confirm funds.
