I want to give a shout out to Fernando Rosario This man got me approved for a 2021 Tesla model Y. remind you, I live in New Jersey so I didn’t get a chance to test drive the car or see the car in person. I was just going by off the nice pictures but once I receive the car, it look just like the pictures and videos that was showing to me and I must say The car ride so smooth also this car has long range battery and a acceleration boost It took me about three weeks to get the car that was because trying to get a bank to approve me and get the car shipped out. It was totally worth it And I will buy from him anytime 💯💯💯💯💯

Everything about this auto purchase was bad. Their 1299 doc fee (high even for Florida avg 500-999) tons of hidden fees (they add some sort of unless interior protect for 1200 dollars they wont take off and they never explained how it worked and ghosted me when I asked several times. I bought a tesla from them and they said 25k and it ballooned to 30k even after the tax credit. Original the aggressive and unprofessional sales manager said I was supposed to get a 7.4 % interest rate with wells fargo then I get the paperwork and its 13.03% with capital one! Then it took a month for them to get me the car. They said they detailed it but thats a huge lie. The car was nasty and has tons of hair in the glove box and the rims had curb rash the car on the outside was pretty dirty. This one definitely one of the worse car buying experiences ive ever had and I would never buy from them again.

Orlando office is great. I worked with Fernando and he is extremely responsive and addresses each concern promptly. Got a great car and the price was a solid amount less than competitors with mileage much lower. The cars on site are pretty sweet, and well kept. Trade in value was about 500 bucks higher than others i looked at, but this was without haggling. There is a small interior detail that i noticed, and Fernando saw it as well and offered to fix it before I even mentioned i had a concern.

Orlando office crew is great, and feel like friends when I stop in. Will continue doing business and send friends their way!
