We live about 40 minutes away and were driving down I-195 when our serpentine belt and pulley broke. We got towed to Showcase around 2 PM and they made the effort to get us repaired and out the door by close of business. We very much appreciate not having to make plans to come back and pick up the car another day. So glad they could make it happen! Cost was very reasonable, and staff were very friendly.

Showcase has reliable and trustworthy mechanics. Ive gone to them in the past for the air conditioning in my car, and ended up paying 3x less than what Ford had quoted me. 10/10 recommend

I would say an absolute great experience every time I have came here from having two of my vehicles inspected to having maintenance done. They're patience, communicative and professional.

I just bought a vehicle from them. Rick said they changed the oil, I pulled the dipstick and the oil was black. The roof worked when I looked at the car when I picked it up the roof would not go down. The engine light also came on for an evap leak within the first 24 hours I had the vehicle. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I'm very disappointed with the service I have received here and they have still yet to reach back out. Just saying all of this should have been disclosed pre purchase.
