I bought this car from carzlane. I got an amazing deal. The team was very helpful. All the sales staff was very respectful. They really took care of me and cut me a good deal. They have a lot of other vehicles sitting on the other lot in Manchester I visited that place as well They have decent inventory. I’ve been wanting this car for a very long time. I did my research but I was not able to find this car! After speaking with one of sales staff at Carzlane who helped me get into this vehicle by researching across United States hunting the car down and getting it for me I’m very thankful and I appreciate Carzlane team.

If I could put a 0 I would, I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer Utility, was lied too multiple times for example I asked if the vehicle was already inspected when I test drove it on Friday after I came back on Monday to pick the vehicle up he said they had to inspect it so they took the tint out. Also apart of the deal was to pop a mirror trim piece back on not a big deal is what they said and they said. After I showed up to sign paperwork I get in the vehicle the piece was sitting in the trunk hidden where the spare tire would be which it didn’t have and as soon as I pulled out the whole glove box fell out. Buyer beware. Only reason I bought the vehicle was because I sold my car and need this specific model for work.The only great thing at this dealership was Kinea she was extremely helpful and communicated great with my wife to make this deal happen.

My big mistake was buying a car from this dealer. They only want your money. Once you buy your car, they will never answer your calls. The cars come with the dashboard lights adjusted. In a few days , your car will give you problems. I bought a two-year warranty on my car. They never wanted to fix it. I had to do it myself with my own money at another shop. Please don't buy a car from here. The worst experience of my life buying a car is from this dealer.

Do not buy a car from this place. They WILL scam you. Read this before you buy. If you have to or are thinking about this follow these guidelines:
1) review the contract- we verbally agreed on a price for a car, they charged me 12,000 more than what we agreed on orally. I made the mistake of just signing everything (since they bring you 20 pages to go through). Make sure you look at the total sale price before you sign .
2) also look at the monthly payments. They monthly payment and what i agreee too was totally off.  Do the math before you sign anything.
3) DO NOT BUY the warranty. It’s a scam to get more money out of you. Don’t do it.
4) get a car from another place honestly, it’s not worth it.

These people just care about money. They don’t care about helping people. If you did already buy and are having issues like me, report them to the BBB.org and federal trade commission. It might not happen over night but enough complaints will get this place shut down.

Ebony was absolutely amazing I couldn’t have gotten a more funnier, personable, reliable, and responsible sales person. She was super super nice. Accommodated what she could and did her best to assist us. I bought a 2014 Q50 Infiniti. I couldn’t be more obsessed. I definitely would highly recommend. Will possibly come back for another car for my significant other !
