Hello all, our son has outgrown this bed and he is 13 and huge lol, so this bed is perfect for kids up until roughly the age 13 depending on their size, and is great for small rooms. You can put another bed underneath to make it a bunkbed or use the entire desk underneath for gaming and school, etc. It has a new mattress and is in excellent condition and I have a truck and will deliver if you are not too far. Asking $200 or best offer. 56 1/2” deep x 72 3/4” high x 79 3/4” wide and ladder at right sticks out at floor about 12”
