Your new Tiny home or ADU awaits! We are currently selling our vintage 1950’s trailer, pole barn cover, and deck as a package. Everything in the trailer is fully operational and has a clean title. It has dual axels, tires are in decent shape, and the wheel bearings were recently greased. The pole barn and deck was constructed two years ago and is in good standing shape. It is 50x12x18. We are upgrading to a manufactured home and will need the gone between August-September (Depending on our build time) The trailer is taxed assessed at 19k. The hay cover and deck cost 11k. The reason is are selling so low is because this is a You Demo & You Haul Sale. We are currently interested in offers.
