Some chairs do have a few small tears as seen in pictures. Its 30 inches tall by 42 inches wide by 86 inches long (7ft 2 inches) with the leaf in place, without the leaf it is shortened by 20 inches down to 66 inches long(5 feet 6 inches) $50.00 cash.
