Vintage (circa 1940) R.M.S. Queen Elizabeth ladies powder compact has never been used - still has original sticker on the mirror with instructions. Comes with original black satin, felt lined pouch. Measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter and approximately 9/32 inch thick. Snaps shut securely and powder compartment opens and shuts securely. Powder sifter and puff are in like new condition. The RMS Queen Elizabeth was the pride of the Cunard White Star Line Fleet that was well known for its elegance and speed. This compact was well made by Stratton in England. The picture on the top is gorgeous! There are no obvious defects or scratches.
