This dresser is solid wood with tightly woven high quality wicker. It's not plastic, it's the good stuff. The drawers are solid wood with wicker wood facings. Drawers are mint inside. All the drawers glide effortlessly. We completed this look with all new hardware in a shiny gold. The knobs have a gnarled edge. The construction of this piece is substantial. It's not a flimsy wicker. It's skeleton is solid wood. Drawer bottoms are wood and it also has dust catchers between the drawers. It's the perfect size for a dresser or even a buffet. I love this look with west palm beach style, blue and white ceramics, coastal or subdued for a baby's room. It's a very versatile piece. The wicker is in perfect condition for its age.
