Vintage probably 60's or 70's marked L&LWMC ~ Loevsky & Loevsky White Metal Company. Metal body on metal base with brass wash appearance in VG to excellent working condition. Structure is solid w/ vintage cord & plug in good shape. 10.5" to top of owl, 21" to tip of finial, 5" at base, cord 24" long. Refs & comps on Chairish, Etsy, Pinterest and ebay. Possible tiny pit on beak but hard to tell since entire piece is textured. Pickup in NNews 23601
