As a buyer coming from 500 miles away in San Jose, the experience and honesty and support from Zach and his dealership team was PHENOMENAL. This would my 13th car purchase in my life and I have never been more satisfied with a purchase. Zach is one of the most down to earth sales people I have ever met. You'll get exactly what you put out, come in with reason and understanding you'll get some of the best customer service around. Come in with entitlement and being unreasonable you'll probably want to go somewhere else. Flew in from Arizona to pick up a car that was exactly as advertised.

I purchased my Toyota C-HR 2020 from them on 4/17/2025 and Zach was very informative about what I was getting. Their whole team was extremely helpful I'm grateful for Roger and Victor as well. Bought a nice slightly used F 250 Lifted last Saturday.  Was there and was a bit busy, but Zach was very helpful and honest.  Traded my out my old truck and the price was not bad at all.  I tried going to bigger dealerships and they want everything including the kicthen  sink.  I never shopped at smaller dealers, but Hermosa Motors changed my mind.  If I ever need another vehicle I am going back and do business.  I recommend that when you are ready to buy a used car or truck make sure you have a decent credit and money to back up your purchase, don't get in overhead and do your research.  Remember you still have to pay your car payment, gas, and insurace every month so that 200 becomes 500 a month payment.
