Generac 7000 EXL Generator Electric Start 7000 Watt Needs Work It has been sitting for 3 years. It worked perfectly when it was stored. Now the electric start won't turn over and the rip cord is stuck. It's probably an easy fix, but I don't know enough about machinery to work on it. I read that maybe you just have to un seize the motor. Could be a steel for someone that knows how to do that.
