I brought my trailer in for an issue and Bill and his employee's were great to work with.  Even though I'd owned it for a while now they resolved the issue for me...now that is great customer service!

Oh...and I have LOVED this trailer.  Bill helped me custom spec the trailer to ease loading low clearance vehicles.  Also chose the dovetail option, an extra set of in floor tie downs and LED floor lighting.  It also tows smooth and flat.

Great price good deal....Jason was very helpful along with his crew ! Very satisfied with the trailor and service....also 20% discount after purchase of the trailor .

Wow!  What a horrible experience dealing with The Texas Trailer Man.  I feel sorry for his workers.  They are great guys as is the secretary, but the owner is a piece of work who has no sense at all about good customer service.  I gave him my trailer a month ahead of time and he said that was plenty of time to get it finished.  I'm now coming on 5 weeks and the job is still not finished.  I was cool about it up until today when Bill the owner basically told me tough, that I'd just have to wait or come pick up my trailer as is right now. What a jerk!  Plus, the whole quoting and pricing process felt shady with this guy.  Rather than taking responsibility for not having my trailer done on time, all I got was, deal with it or else.  I would steer very, very clear of The Texas Trailer Man!  Other shops are more expensive, but worth the quality of mind working with honest folks.  If you have a limited budget and have to go with The Texas Trailer Man, just do your best to limit any interaction with the owner.  You'll have a much, much better customer experience if you never even have to talk to him.  He has some quality folks working for him but I'd be surprised if they are there much longer.
