Two - twin bed frames (no mattress) One bed is set up as you see in the photo. The other bed has been taken down. Can be separated or set up as a bunk bed. Minor scratching/discoloration due to wear and tear. There was a crack in the bed frame that has been repaired with a metal brace. See photo. There are two drawers on wheels, for easy access, that sit slide under the bed. Bed frames are very sturdy, my son is an adult now and has outgrown this set.
