Description

This is a beautiful Conn 6M VII stamp. The serial number is 285xxx which puts it in 1939. The laquer is original, has a that beautiful honey color and the pads are in very good shape. It is difficult to find a conn of this vintage in this good of condition. It is a gig ready horn. The 6m VIII are versatile saxophones that you can play straight ahead jazz gigs as well as r&b and pop. This horn has a rich, free-blowing, complex sound. These vintage of sought after Conns are famous for having a big rich sound. Please let me know if you have any questions.
