I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently purchased a car from them, and within days of driving off the lot, I started experiencing serious issues. The car they sold me was clearly not in the “excellent” condition they claimed it was, and it has been one problem after another since the sale.

When I tried to reach out to the dealership for support, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The salesman was so eager to make the sale was suddenly nowhere to be found, and the service department seemed completely uninterested in helping me resolve these issues. I feel like I was completely misled about the car’s condition, and the lack of customer service I received after the sale just made it worse.

Buying a car should be an exciting experience, but this dealership has turned it into a complete disaster. I’ve had to spend more money on repairs than I ever expected, and I regret ever setting foot in their showroom. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs. They’re more interested in making a quick sale than in ensuring their customers drive away in safe, reliable vehicles.

Debra is amazing. she got me in a truck quickly  with  very reasonable down payment. The whole process was so smooth. ill definitely be going back here for my wife to get her a vehicle in the near future.

Another dealer using a bunch of SCAMMERS on Facebook marketplace listing cars they don't even have in inventory with fake prices that are actually a DOWN PAYMENT not the price. This is illegal in Texas. Report them to the state, and make sure you let them know who the person on Facebook was that posted the ad so they can pay the fine for them.

I love my experience with Success Auto. The salesman Maree was such a huge help and I’m very thankful for him. He was able to get me in a car with my bad credit. I’ll rate over 5 stars if I could. Thank you again!
