Skoolie - 1994 Bluebird school bus converted to RV

We purchased this 1994 Bluebird bus at the end of 2019 from a vintage bus dealer out of San Bernardino CA, the bus is originally from Denver, Colorado. I drove it up to Seattle from San Bernie without any problems. We worked on the build out through the pandemic (was a great pandemic project!) 2020-2021 and had it licensed as an RV. This has a TC2000 rebuilt engine (less than 100,000 miles ago, odometer says 250k) and an Allison transmission. The bus had a complete once over by a certified school bus repair shop in Everett, Wa, including oil change, belts checked, fluids topped, new batteries last spring (has only been driven 175miles since). Also had the brakes replaced, new wheel bearings and new tires installed in 2022. The exterior has been sanded and primed for paint. She is ready for your artistic touch. We completely gutted the interior, repaired the floor (there was very little rust), all new insulation, plywood subfloor and new waterproof vinyl plank flooring was installed. We removed all windows, resealed and reinstalled them. A Point Zero Energy Titan solar charge controller with two lithium ion batteries providing 110v & 12v power connected to 10 roof top solar panels was installed. Winter of 2022 we didn’t cover the bus and since then the solar panels don’t seem to be working but the shore power and batteries work perfect. Other features include: LED lighting throughout Bathroom with composting toilet, tiled shower, sink/vanity Queen bed in the back with under bed storage on hydraulic lift Futon in living area pulls out for another bed Kitchen has 3 burner propane marine grade stove top, apartment size fridge/freezer, new IKEA soft close cabinets with butcher block counter tops, large sink with tall faucet Wood burning stove, needs flue installed Two ceiling fans 55gal fresh water and 55 gal gray water tanks We never took this baby out on the road besides driving it from Seattle to its current resting place in Chelan. Our life plans have changed, so we are deciding to sell. This bus would be a very nice travel RV or a great Airbnb for someone with the space. It needs some minor interior cosmetic work, exterior paint, new solar panels, wood-burning flue needs to be installed.
