Nice toy-hauler for the age. I bought it when i was homeless to live in for about a year and everything works flawlessly. It is nearly 40 feet. Has a king size loft my kids loves to climb up and hangout in it and there is a full size bed in front. No leaks and everything works. It is fully self contained to include a gen set and fuel station on board. Will take interior photos this week. The only thing wrong with the trailer is the bathroom floor needs new vinyl because i took out the old floor because it was soft and i replaced the plywood but have not had time for the final touch. 4 new tires and a new spare. 11,000 obo
