We purchased a Honda Civic from Preferred Automotive out of Parkland and immediately took it for an oil change—only to discover it had a major oil leak. We contacted the dealership right away, but before anything could be resolved, the car broke down on the freeway.
I worked with Eli, who was kind and tried to help, and I appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, another staff member was extremely aggressive and threatening over text, using profanity and intimidation tactics that were completely unacceptable.

The dealership did take the Civic back and traded us a Mazda 3 instead. Within days , the thermostat failed. Two cars, two serious issues, all within days of purchase.

Just bought a Mazda3 from Al.
He was quick to respond and made the process easy. Will be checking out what they have next time I buy a car.

They keep a solid choice of cars to choose from and the staff is for the community. Originally I hit them up on offer up and Alaa always made me feel like family since day one and I been rocking with them for the past few years. Haven’t shopped anywhere else and I send all my people their way. They valid and I stamp it !!

Bought a 2002 lexus es 300.  What a marvelous car drives smooth came with such a good price.
