Selling my Sil-Air 50-24 silent air compressor. Runs great and starts up reliably, but has an air leak that limits the tank to around 20 PSI before losing pressure when you pull the trigger. If you’re handy with compressors or want a silent unit to refurbish, this is a great deal. Details: • Model: Sil-Air 50-24 (110V) • New retail price: ~$1,200 • Very quiet compared to normal shop compressors (these are popular with artists, airbrush users, and dental labs) • Fresh oil added • New switch cover installed (old one was cracked when I got it) • Motor runs smoothly • All wiring and controls work • Only issue is the air leak somewhere in the tank/system that I haven’t been able to track down Condition Summary: • Motor + pump: Good • Tank/lines: Leak somewhere — needs repair • Cosmetics: Minor wear from previous owner
