The Marantz Model 25 is a very rare, vintage integrated receiver from the early 70s designed as a combo unit, featuring a built-in Garrard Synchro Lab 95B turntable, creating a compact, all-in-one system with automatic power switching for the turntable, making it a sought-after collector's item for vintage audio fans. This receiver is rated at around 30 watts per channel (RMS into 8 ohms), known for its warm, classic Marantz sound. Dust cover is intact with no cracks. Wood cabinet is in good shape too! Recent service includes replacement of a bad transistor or two on one channel of the preamp of the receiver. All controls were deoxed. The turntable was disassembled and all old hardened grease was removed. It was reassembled and lubricated. The idler was replaced and adjusted, in addition to replacing the cartridge and stylus.
