This little ole camper has served me well but it’s time to find it a new home. I lived in it for about 8 months this past year and was quite comfortable in it through the winter and summer. It comes with brand new rieco titan jacks at all four corners, the old jacks failed on me while I was using them. The current jacks sell for around $1000 new and have barely been used. If you need a generator for the camper, I’ll sell you my barely used Bilt Hard 2500 watt generator for $250(retail $350). The camper itself is a workable living space but has multiple issues. The plumbing is not hooked up so no running water, it doesn’t have a working fridge or oven, and it does occasionally spring a small leak in the roof. On the bright side, the electrical outlets work, it comes with a converter so you can plug into a normal wall outlet and power the rv. I was able to power a tv, heat or cool the space, and run whatever else I needed without any trouble. The space heats up quickly and cools down nicely. The mattress is relatively comfortable. It does have damage to the left rear corner that I haven’t gotten around to fixing. Anyone with a decent amount of handyman skills should be able to take care of it. All that needs to be done is filling in or covering up the gaps so water can’t get in. I’ll toss in a tarp so you can have emergency protection from rain if needed.
