Biodiesel processing equipment

Fuel Meister 40 gal. biodiesel processor with 80 gal. expansion set up fabricated for maximum biosiesel fuel production. I started making biodiesel in 2004 before Willie Nelson even thought it was cool. In the 13 years of making it, I have learned all the ins and outs how to make it. If you have made it this far, the ultimate setup is biodiesel in your fuel tank and WVO waste veggie oil aux tank and you litterally almost drive for free. You start and stop your on biodeisel and run a transfer tank with a heat exchanger for the WVO. Cost? I was making/running 100% biodiesel in my 2004 1/2 duramax for 13 years at $0.42-$1.25 per gallon. In the end it was about $1/gal on average. I formed a co-op among friends to bring me oil to process, and my labor was a maximum $2.00 per gallon for them to buy back, cheaper if they brought more (fuel for you). Why did I quit? My main partner at the time had retired and moved out of state. Additionally 2 of my co-op'ers (big users and suppliers) move out of state also. Not to mention I was in the market for a new truck because the ole d-max... was 13+ years old. What can I run biodiesel in? Pretty much any diesel vehicle... Pre 1997 diesels you will have to replace all o-rings and seals with Viton. WVO turns into a solvent in its biodiesel state. The science of changing the molecular chain of veggie oil is epic. Up to approx. 2007 pre DPF, is still good. We all know this transition era is what it is. One of my co-op'ers was running 100% on a 2011 Ford with DPF delete. Can I run this in my DEF diesel? Yes but only according to you vehicle manufacturer specification (as far as they are concerned). Most truck stops are running a blend of B5 to B20 biodiesel already. B5=5% bio, B100 =100% bio.
