This place made car shopping so easy and great. We went to a few different places this day looking for a Ford Flex. They had exactly what I was looking for, at the price we needed and didn’t try to up-charge us like other car dealerships tried. Our salesmen, Ian was amazing. He was very helpful and kind. I would recommend him and this place to anyone looking to buy a car.

I had a wonderful experience. My gf referred me to them. The process was smooth. Angel and Kevin were a true blessing. They kept it real and honest and help me walk away with this beauty. 10/10 will definitely recommend.

The Process was fairly easy. The people were very friendly. I would have recommended this place however due to false advertisement I would have to rethink it!  Perhaps it could have been my experience with Victor/Vic my salesman. I asked Vic about the lights on the dash he told me that if I were to go get an oil change it would go away. I went to get the oil change, the man reset the light however, it didn’t go away. Vic also told me that the tires just needed air and that light would go away. Then he told me to change out the fuses and Order a key, All those lights are still on. Needless to say we know when we are buying cars we are taking risks however, I came in with my son in high hopes to invest in decent transportation for me & my family. The car is beautiful but I wasn’t planning on putting more down than what I had, nor paying more than the listing price, nor  having to put a bunch of money into the vehicle before having it 3 days . *Being honest & treated fairly is key to building trust with customers. The advertised price was $7150 with $1000 down but ended up having to put $1500 down. They didn’t honor the listed price. Instead, the car was said to be priced at $8,900 plus in which I found out afterwards. 😞
Update: The owner replied call in about this matter ⚠️ HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. 2weeks later the car is running HOT, can’t drive it down the street which those lights were  indicating. This has been such an inconvenience, part of my job is driving, so that puts me out of work until I can get it to the shop (Only two weeks in my possession) I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy, this was a very bad deal. A good name is better than riches.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Million Mile Motors has been nothing short of upsetting and concerning. I was pressured into a purchase because it felt like someone was just trying to make a quick sale. I was told the issue with the car was just a wheel speed sensor, but less than six months later the entire transmission went out. That is a huge difference and something that was clearly not disclosed. Because the car was sold “as-is,” I was left with no options, even though I was misled about the condition of the vehicle.

On top of that, the process of getting my title was a nightmare. After playing ring-around-the-roses and having it sent to the wrong address, it finally made it to the correct one—but only after unnecessary delays and frustration.

Thankfully, I paid cash and bought the vehicle outright. Had I been making payments on a car with a transmission that failed this quickly, I would have been even more furious.

If you are considering buying from this dealership, please take someone with you who truly understands vehicles, because you cannot rely on their word alone. Also, take the time to carefully read reviews and learn to spot the difference between genuine customer experiences and what looks like paid or fake reviews.

I strongly caution anyone from trusting this company.
