Original and kept in decent shape over the years It’s 17 ft tongue to bumper & has everything you need to be self sufficient Pros: It’s a single axle and is light weight for a 6 cylinder vehicle to pull sleeps 5 people Has a solar panel /battery and regulator Has electric/gas & solar hook ups Has duo elec/gas heater furnace Duo fridge elec/gas Gas oven and stove Solar powers the water pump and off grid lights When plugged in it will power the fridge and main lights You can upgrade to be completely solar by adding more batteries and panels Has full bathroom with toilet/ Sink and 3 gal gas hot water heater Has a grey and black water back up tanks There is a 40 gal fresh water storage tank New faucet fixers on the sinks New travel tires only (2k miles )$800 the original fabric cushions are all in good condition and get cleaned annually as well as the whole camper Perfect for refurbishing to be a rental or for personal use Has original flooring but I usually put carpet over it for free from a local carpet shop I’m the 3rd owner but the first two owners where father and son Cons The fridge could use new rubber seals but still works There are a few air leaks that need to be sealed in the wheel well from a tire that exploded during travel The front right corner has some damaged from a cow rubbing against the camper when in Colorado , but was repaired from the inside out and sealed Propane needs to be filled Toilet could be replaced but still Has life as it’s 3 years old ($250) There are some tears in the leather divider Fresh water storage could be sanitized or replaced (I have the sanitizing solution that comes with the camper ) Needs a new deep sell battery (It’s on its way out but still works from time to time as it’s 10 years old and got neglected &the solar panel was covered One window has a crack in it (was like that when I purchased it 16 years ago but never leaked or had any issues with it It’s ready to go tho Have title in hand It is registered for Colorado still as I live there seasonally and used to take it back and forth But it’s been no. Op for the last 2 years as we built a tiny home and didn’t need it for travel any more It’s all clean and ready but could use some tlc Would be ideal for someone who wants to do minimal work to it to live in during a hard time or could be refurbished for the perfect little family camper or even an vintage style Airbnb on wheels LmK if you have any questions or want more photos $2800
