Purchased in 2018. Washer works perfectly fine. I have 3 repair parts that Electrolux technician ordered and never showed to repair. Called another repairman, I never needed the repairs to begin with and Electrolux never reimbursed or picked up. So those are included if ever need. The boot is stained and you can replace it with the brand new one in box. The dryer is a little noisy sometimes but works fine. The repairman said it can run like this for four more years or 4 more months - hard to say. I ended up buying a new set during a remodel. Pick up at 51st and Happy Valley
