My husband and I had a great experience with Christian and Sajjad/ Salsa. The car was clean, ran well and was just what we were looking for. The vehicle did need a new battery which was promptly taken care of. Paperwork was easy and we were out the door. Would definitely recommend them.

We were in need of a newer car and delt with Salsa he made us feel comfortable with the whole car buying experience. As anyone who's bought a car knows the paperwork, insurance and he was patient, answered our questions and "We found a nice Lil car. I would recommend anyone come here for a reasonably priced car fast service and to be treated with respect 🙏🏻

Not sure why the business response is coming five months later, especially since I already spoke directly with the owner shortly after the purchase. The owner told me if I had used his mechanic he could have “gotten me a deal.” And I was offered a free oil change. At this point, it feels more like damage control than genuine concern. My review below stands.

I was initially planning to write a positive review because the staff were friendly, and I genuinely believed I was purchasing a reliable car. Unfortunately, my experience has turned into a costly and deeply disappointing ordeal. After only two weeks, I now face over $5,000 in repairs on the car I purchased from this car lot.

I put too much trust in the assurances I received during the sale. While it was clear that every car on the lot had hail damage, the team strongly emphasized that "the rest of the car is great!" That couldn't be further from the truth. I was also told I would have a warranty with my purchase, but I don't. Apparently, I was given a choice between a warranty or a "discount," yet I ended up with neither. Instead, I left with a car that has significant issues and a painful financial loss.

The sales tactics employed also felt misleading. I was rushed into making the purchase, in part because of claims that "another very interested customer" was ready to buy the car. I regret not trusting my instincts, as this tactic now feels like a ploy to pressure me into a poor decision.

What makes this even worse is that I traded in a car I never had a single issue with. I was tired when going over the paperwork late at night, and I take responsibility for overlooking details about the warranty. However, I trusted this team to be upfront and transparent, and I feel that trust was completely misplaced.

I strongly caution anyone against buying from this here. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the financial and emotional stress I am now facing.

Josue Was an amazing person highly recommend anyone that needs a car to go check these guys out honest upfront my mechanic checked out the car. Everything was good as they described whenever I need another car. I definitely will be coming back here. It was so seamless so easy Wife is happy so I’m happy lol full of laughter down to earth people get that boy a raise
