Universal Electric 115 v 1050 rpm 5 speed. # Da3e681n, fasco # d158. 1/2" shaft x 4" lg . This motor was installed then immediately removed due to wrong rotation, cut wrong side of shaft off. Missing 1 resilient ring. Looking at motor shaft end rotation will be CCW.
