Selling our gently used two sofas, chair and ottoman. These are quality pieces from Room & Board furniture store. Although they are used there is still plenty of life left in them. The fabric is very durable free from any stains, rips or fraying. The cushions remain supportive and firm and they have all retained their shapes. There is no sagging anywhere on the pieces. They are from a smoke free home. The sofas measure 86”x36”, the chair 34”x36” and the ottoman 32”x23.
