This pop-up is in extremely good condition for being a 2008. We are the third owner and our family has had it for 6 years. The original owner used it twice and then sold it. Everything works as it should. We like to camp at campsites that have plug-ins and sewer, but we have dry camped several times, as well, and without a hitch. This camper is gigantic. It has two king-size beds on either side and then two double beds. We’ve taken our family of four along with some cousins, and the nine of us had plenty of room. A family of 4 to 6 people doesn’t even have to break down the kitchenette and still sleep comfortably. The kitchenette has a popout which makes even more room and there is a full size bathroom with the door and shower that is erected during set up. There are the obvious and expected slight tears in the tent, stains, and discoloration from 16 years of use. It was a minor leak from the roof, which is led to some discoloration in the interior. The leak and roof have since been sealed, and the roof has been painted on the exterior, but not on the interior. Once again, it is in great condition for its age and ready to make memories. Our kids are older now and if we get another camper, it will be a travel trailer not a pop up. We paid $10,000 and put in a little over $2000+ so I’m asking $8500 FIRM. These aren’t for sale for long because they get snatched up, too much to list. Come by and check it out.
