Please see pix for details. My tattoo artist called Ed Hardy, the Godfather of tattooing. The more I learned about him, I see that he truly left a legacy that has strongly impacted generations. This tank dress was only worn once. It is practically new and waiting for you. I thought it would also look nice as a tunic with leggings, maybe a funky hip belt.
