This trailer has been used less than a dozen times. Easy to tow and comfortable to use. We are selling it with the TV and a Fire stick. Included is a propane tank, battery and power cord to hook up to power. The hot water heater, flooring, sub flooring and seat covers with matching curtains have been replaced with in the last 5 years. We made a bench to put up to the table seating to create a sleeping area. The table pops out easily. We have all of the manuals. All of the lights inside have been replaced with LED lights. It has a 13,500 BTU air conditioner that works great with power/generator. The sink, shower and toilet have no problems with water running or draining. The fridge works well on electricity but we can't get it to cool on propane. We have cleaned and replaced the igniters a few times. We know the lines for the propane work fine as the stove, heater and hot water heater work great. There are many small extras that we can show you, which of course, you don't have to keep and we will dispose of them.
