I went in yesterday after I fell off my bike The throttle wasn’t working. I took it into their shop as they were opening and the young gentleman found the problem really fast and fixed it. They had great customer service. The young gentleman went over and beyond helping me also afterwards load my bike. Thank you guys! 🤙🏽

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have really great service and made it easy for my son and me to pick the right e-bike for our needs. They let my son test ride it around the parking lot and fit it to him.

Do not buy anything from this company. I placed an order back in august for a e ride pro 3.0. I paid $2500 up front and financed the rest. After receiving payment customer sevice went to nothing. Daniel would not answer his phone anymore. I reached out through email with no response. I would send messages through the website and get the same response which was what is your order number and once I would send the Information nothing. So I contacted the finance company and they ended up refunding me my first payment and canceled the loan and now my banks is fighting to try to get my $2500 back but its not looking good. Just putting this all out there so hopefully nobody else gets caught up in what ever scam they are running.

I made my first E-Bike purchase here. I got a throne SRPNT and Alex hooked it up with a phone holder. Everyone here is willing to go the extra mile to make you a happy customer. They are always busy so I recommend having a empty schedule and being there extra early even before they open.
