battery and carbs to be cleaned she was running a while back but the gas was old to begin with so fresh fluid refresh & the battery & carbs being cleaned , she turns on & idles but bogs when given a lot of throttle she has a bill of sale and that’s it but she’ll be back on the road i believe top speed is 120 i did 110 on it also has leds all around hooked up for braking so it blinks with the brakes when you press it but is disconnected bc no battery . obo nun less then 600 you’ll be ignored for the lowballs the two brothers pipe alone is 200 .
