Honestly, had a much more pleasant and supportive buying experience from Platinum Motors than when I went to a major car dealership.

Don't be afraid to try these smaller dealerships. They were honest about the AC not working on the vehicle I purchased. Got it diagnosed by a mechanic and I'm on my way to getting that fixed.

My sales rep and the manager are solid guys. I will keep an eye out for their lot and cars on the next car.

Test drove multiple vehicles that took more than an hour to look at. A lot of cosmetic damages in most vehicles, clean title however. During the test drive, the car salesman kept talking like he was on drugs and making fun of all the homeless people and colored people on Boulder Highway. This already left a bad taste in my mouth. He then proceeded to insist I was financing instead of asking how I would be purchasing, just because of my appearance. I seen a particular vehicle that was listed at $17,500. I had exactly $17,000 cash in my pocket. (Pure coincidence) I go inside and ask if I can make an offer, without hesitation he said “NO! Absolutely not because they won’t make any money on cash deals” little does he know, I wouldn’t mind paying the little extra to make the purchase, but his attitude and brushing me off without even hearing my offer was all I needed to here to keep my vehicle search. Trust me when I say this, these guys PRAY on making money off you when you finance. Also, they don’t come with warranty, you have to purchase that separately. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said he was the owner. All these 5 star reviews are asked for as soon as you purchase a vehicle, they are not authentic. I know this because we bought a vehicle that broke down form this dealership before, see google picture. And no I don’t need a reply from this business, I don’t want any “explanation” of what occurred today. You guys are simply not a good dealership. Period

Alex is awesome  !  He came right out and greeted us, no pressure at all.  He is very courteous and professional, gave us the info on all the cars we liked. It was like buying a car from a friend. Can't forget Matt the car guy , another great guy !!!
