Antique //vintage Fancy Lord Elgin Quartz Table Clock. All plastic. The small decor balls rotate back and forth all the time. Announce every hour with a nice door bell type of sound with a low to loud adjuster button. Two different batteries. One for the top and one for the bottom. “Included” 11.5” tall.
