I’m a solo female shopper and recently went looking for a used car. I was nervous that someone might take advantage of my naivety 🙈, especially with travel plans looming and a “take‑it‑or‑leave‑it” situation. After doing massive online research, I settled on a 15‑year‑old Audi Q5 with only 60 K miles, two previous owners, gentle use, and a clean service record—just a few minor scratches.

At Hot Deals Auto I took the car for a test drive and fell in love with it right away. The engine ran smoothly, though we noticed a couple of small interior issues. From start to finish, Sam and his team answered every question with patience, respect, and professional precision, which made me feel safe and confident about buying the car without an additional independent inspection (I had to leave town the next day with a heavy load).

Sam and his colleagues even handled the online registration while I sorted out insurance, so I drove off the lot with the car, insurance, and registration all in hand. After logging 1,200 miles in the first two days, I can say that my new Audi Q5 performs great: it rides smoothly, hasn’t required extra oil compared to my previous Audi experience, and has all the features I wanted. A few days later a colleague followed up on my trip, showing that Hot Deals Auto truly cares about its customers.

The staff and owner were very informative and helpful. Was pre approved through my credit union they still were able to get me a better interest rate using my credit union.

My fault, for not ready every documentation, but you are forced to purchase vehicle theft deterrent system, was told after questioning by phone that the dealer ship purchase it once  the vehicle is put on the lot, i understand why, but as a buyer why is it my responsibility to pay for it and why can’t i cancel it once I purchase the vehicle. It’s 595 dollars and really doesn’t cover much damages 1500, and total loss 3000.

Doesn’t change the hospitality and how welcoming this place is, I might do business here again but only if I am not stuck with the mandatory theft purchase
