These are four brand new boxes of the flooring as pictured. One box is open to show the sample plank only, this has never been used or installed in any way. Three of the boxes are factory sealed. Direct from the manufacturer this would at least cost you $100 per box. PLEASE NOTE: the photos in this listing were taken with brilliant white light. The lighting in your home may vary, so be flooring may look different depending on the light. This amount of flooring is perfect for a small to medium bathroom project - we just chose a slightly different color tone and that is the only reason we chose not to use this. The bathroom project has taken longer than expected, so we are unable to return it where we purchased it - So whoever buys this is getting a great deal. We assume no responsibility for the sale once final.
