Time to pass this trailer onto the next family. Must go this weekend. Title in hand and tabs are good until April 2022. Spare tire and a bonus wheel bearing, hot water heater, outdoor shower, toilet , has a twin bed, queen bed, and the dining table/couch folds into another twin. Sink and 4 burner stove inside, two burner high power burner outside. Heater propane indoor heater and a wrap around porch enclosure for the awning. ( this enclosed porch doubles the space of the trailer and is really cool for long term stays. We only used it once or twice but when it’s up it’s really cool) The queen bed sliding rail broke over the summer, so that needs to be fixed but it looks like an easy fix. I need the space to park. The family and I are sad to see it go but…Lots of memories with the kids, friends and family in this and still has plenty of life left. New tires last year and I repainted the roof with Snow White roof sealant this summer. Roof racks and kayaks, and bike racks are included.
