The Splash bars are made of medical grade titanium with the perfect tensile strength to keep their memory, as well as not break when you bend them back in place after a big fish. You can catch as many fish as you want you can bend them back straight and they will never break. The Splash bird is custom-made by me out of starboard plastic, which I shaped like a fish and drill a hole lengthwise through it which 400# Momoi is ran through bench crimped on either side giving it superior strength unlike other through wired birds on the market bought from China. All bars are rigged with 2 outside mini birds and 13 locally produced 9" shell squid and are stuffed with floats so your bar doesn't sink when you have to turn, get bit on another rod or stop on a kelp. All bars are 5 drop with the outside 4 drops rigged with 200# Jinkai and the middle bite line 300# Jinkai. Storing the bar is simple with coast lock snaps (rated 150# on outside drops and 450# on bite drop) giving you the ability to take off the drops, hang and spray them and store them in a bag avoiding the terrible tangles they like to get into when shoved into a bag. They come with a 13"' stinger of your choice which are rigged with 300# Jinkai and a Mustad 9/0 7691 J Hook. Our 50" bar is way to widen your spread in the pattern creating more commotion therefore raising more fish. I have tweaked the design throughout the years to perfection. The squid material is the same as 7 strand skirts which are molded in SoCal. They are near indestructible (unlike Alibaba squid) and the colors pop in the water. The bird is as heavy duty as it gets and with it being neutrally buoyant and the floats in the squid keeps it on the surface when the boat stops so you don’t have to make your buddy reel it back from Davie Jones to start trolling again.
