I live in another state, and they accommodated me by having the car delivered within just two days. I was a bit hesitant since I had only seen the car online and never got a chance to test drive it. However, they assured me the car was in good condition—and it was exactly what I expected.

As a woman, I was nervous about buying a car without seeing it in person and potentially having to deal with issues. But they made the process smooth, helped me secure an affordable warranty, and answered all of my questions.

What really earns them a 5+ star rating is this: after delivery, I noticed the two front tires were worn out. Without hesitation, they sent me four brand new tires. That level of service is truly impressive.

I went there yesterday to purchase a car and they were super kind and helpful in making sure that I got the best deal on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a used car, these guys are very good and trustworthy! 10/10 stars.

First off, I want to say that I really appreciated My initial interactions with Cyrus and the shop. They have a lot of options and they have a nice selection and all very clean cars.
The reason why I'm giving such a low review is because today I was calling to try and finalize the deal that I wanted to make with the van 2010 sienna that they had. And I mentioned that the tires  kind of made me feel a little unsteady and the fact that they had to jump the car for me to test drive.(8500$van mind you)
I did say I know sometimes you get the cars for a deal (which I get is assuming, which isn't the best to do) and how possible would be to get nicer tires and maybe a battery.  And then Cyrus got upset with me immediately and was angry, rudely hung up.
Mind you I'm new at buying a car this much. My dad's a mechanic so I usually get cheap cars and avoid payments.
I never meant to cross any lines and was surprised on how how fast he was to just close on the deal just out of only just curiosity. I assumed negotiating in these situations was normal.  I wasn't even saying anything that I felt was inappropriate when buying a used car, I was just doing my best. Also he's the one that told me it was a trade-in and I told him my dad was in the mechanic world and with cars and that I know people don't get much for trade-ins so that's why I was saying it would be nice if they could be thrown in but I also wasn't attached to that.
And was just trying to call him back to ask for some some understanding and to try  apologize for maybe crossing the line,   he didn't want to hear me out and it's unfortunate cuz I really felt clear to go forward with this decision no matter what tires or not cuz I was looking for this specific car, it's not like the tires were the worst it's just because I was telling him I'm traveling a lot and it would be very helpful. Of course would love to have been giving a different review, I'm not one to really have negative reviews but I also trust gods plan and maybe it's a sign. definitely something to be mindful of to have compassion and understanding for people cuz for me I was just doing my best and my intention was never to upset anyone.

(Notes from after their response,doesn't let me add a comment… I was calm and nice the whole time (as I always am thankfully) I sillily called even apologizing and begging for him to continue to finish the deal… and the car actually did have to be jumped idk why he would try to comment that that didn’t happen. He even told me that it’s just from sitting.) also isn’t it normal to negotiate when buying a used car. So yeah trust your own judgement on this one. Also I could have put more detail. Yes the 2000$ part but he also didnt mention that he told me it was a trade in so it’s a normal assumption the price he got it for because naturally place don’t give much for trade ins. Again just was assuming. Like I said my dads in the car world, so I am not completely Naïve, But maybe he gives better deals for trade-ins. No, not making this part to be combative just also so that the truth is seen.because it doesn’t let me respond to his message. And I am grateful that you allowed me to bring my dog because we travel together and she’s a big part in my decision.)*
My truck now was my grandmas and she passed  but worked hard to have it for me and my sister to go to the fair with her and her ponies.
But also my sister passed in a similar car so I feel anxiety and know how unsafe my suburban can be when having to drive far.
I’m all about quality over quantity and work hard for what I want and even will make sacrifices. A car to me is more intimate I guess then maybe most. But with be a caregiver and working with kids, I need to be sure I can be reliable, and need that safety. Which is why I liked the van.
I took a lot of time to research the right one to buy used.
