Good condition with normal wear. You get both arms, and custom plastic end caps to protect your barbell from the bare metal ends. See pics for condition. I'm selling them because I am changing around rack configuration. Bonus: These have been customized a bit!! : Added some extra on the protective plastic spacers to make it fit nice and snug on metric racks. Also has custom fit plastic end caps to protect your barbell (or skin) if it knocks into the end. No extra charge added for this!!! Fits metric 3x3 racks perfectly without wiggle (Rep, Titan, Force USA, etc etc). If you have a domestic 3x3 (Rogue, etc) I can remove the custom fit extra spacer for your rack 👍
