This is an adjustable strap. Created by a Cap_man in Montreal Canada. I would rate the size as One Size Fits Most!! Take it as is condition. Overall quality is 90%. No rips or tears in the hat itself. The fish design does pop out on it. Rarely worn and used. Made in Korea. All photos show an accurate representation of the quality and color of the product.
